What we’re looking for:
The role will require a person that has a strong web analytics background with a solid technical knowledge of different testing platforms.
You will have experience of working with qualitative research tools such as Hotjar.
You will ideally have 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing Technology either agency or client-side.
The ideal candidate will have experience in helping implement technology solutions.
You will become the go-to person across Marketing, Product & BI teams for the adoption of new mar-tech solutions for your expertise within this area.
What you’ll be doing:

You will be responsible for selecting and delivering the marketing tech & tools that will help power the marketing campaigns.

You will need to review our existing marketing stack and then identify any potential mar-tech solutions were appropriate and ensure that any solutions will work with our existing technology stack.

You will be our champion for marketing technology innovation, whether this be working with our in-house team or across our agency partners.

Your role will involve working with marketing, product, user experience, BI and commercial teams to define our strategic data vision.

You will play a lead role in ensuring that the business understands the value of our customer data by working closely with the BI Team, Solutions Architects and platform and development teams as well as our clinical teams.
Your role will be a key link between the Marketing & Product teams. You will quickly develop a deep understanding of all our products. You will then help transfer that knowledge across to marketing to ensure that our marketing campaigns are targeting and acquiring the correct users.
Your role will also be responsible for developing a culture of testing and optimisation across Marketing & Product to ensure that we are maximising our customer experience. This will extend across all of our marketing activities and all of our customer interactions with our product.
