Role
To help us in our growth we are looking for an experienced PR Executive who is excited about revolutionising accessible and affordable digital healthcare. The ideal candidate for this role will be a consumer-focused leader who can find powerful and exciting ways to use traditional and social media to accurately tell the world about our technology.
Main responsibilities include:
- Create, develop and implement consumer-focused, integrated PR communications plans/strategies that highlight products and features as part of our overall vision
- Work closely with Product Marketing Manager to assess key products, messages and audiences that we should focus on and define the narrative around new products that help attract and retain customers
- Generate excitement through a calendar of quality international launches
- Work closely with the rest of the PR team to ensure we are primed for PR work and help manage reactive and proactive stories
- Build and maintain relationships with key technology and consumer journalists and outlets
Requirements
- Extensive experience in product PR, succeeding through earned and owned channels
- Technical acumen and the ability to translate complex issues into easy and understandable content
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills and has fostered excellent relationships with key journalists
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills – must be able to create a wide range of PR content from scratch
- Confident handling media enquiries under time pressure and has a willingness to work outside of normal hours when required.
